Returns Policy
Returns
All items purchased from our site our returnable within 30 days of sale. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number or the email used to make the purchase). Simply email info@ambreesh.com for our return address and ship your unwanted items with the appropriate postage and a note with your order number, email, etc. Once received, we will process a full refund, less the cost of shipping. Any communications regarding your return will be sent to the email they were purchased from on the original order, and credit will be applied to original payment unless you indicate you'd like a store credit.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have receieved your refund email but do not yet see the credit posted, please note that there is often some processing time. Please contact your bank or credit card company to confirm it is not being held by them then feel free to contact us at info@ambreesh.com and we will do our best to assist!
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
We ship worldwide and offer USPS & UPS shipping options! All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday.
Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed before it ships. During sales and holidays allow 2-5 business days for processing before shipment. Government holidays, adverse weather, and billing or fraud verifications may affect fulfillment time.
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 5-10 business days after the above processing time, please check your spam folder.

Free U.S. Shipping
For U.S. orders that total $50 or more you will have the option to select a free Standard Shipping at checkout. This is a limited time offer and subject to change at any time.
Some restrictions apply:
Order total less taxes and shipping charges must exceed $50.
International Shipping
International packages are estimated to take 5-30 business days; however, faster options are available. See checkout for full list of precisely calculated shipping rates. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance.
Ambreesh is not responsible for delays caused by the post office or lost packages due to address errors.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to Ambreesh and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.
